About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in recruitment who is ready to take on more strategic responsibilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define sourcing strategies, and provide market insights.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth resume reviews, phone screenings, and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Manage interview logistics and ensure alignment between candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
(Candidates with less experience but strong skills may also be considered.) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
