About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our North America GBS operations. This role is critical in driving transformation, optimizing processes, and delivering strategic value to the business. You will manage high-impact projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic, multi-country projects within the GBS framework, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks with a proactive and analytical approach.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
  • Conduct business analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change impact assessments.
  • Develop and present business cases, project charters, and executive dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through gap analysis, process redesign, and automation opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, HSE standards, and corporate governance.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
    • MBA or Master's in Project Management, Operations, or Strategy strongly preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 8+ years in project management roles within multinational or matrixed organizations.
    • Proven experience leading regional or global transformation projects.
    • Experience in Shared Services Centers and North American business environments is a strong asset.
  • Certifications:
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Excel and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
    • Power BI or data visualization experience is a plus.
  • Languages:
    • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
