What you will do

We are looking for a Project Manager for projects developing web and mobile apps. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities in the project life cycle (initiation, planning, executing, and closing) and across multiple processes. You will serve as a liaison between the business and technical team, ensuring projects are delivered with high quality within the specified time frame and budget. Your role also facilitates the enhancement of developer experience that leads to increasing our productivity. At Blankfactor we use the industry's best practices while producing high-quality solutions in a collaborative, agile, results-driven environment to meet our clients' business needs. **Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain project planning documentation (i.e. schedule, work breakdown structures, changes logs, etc.);
- Drive forward the delivery of high-quality work on-time and on-budget across the entire delivery lifecycle;
- Direct and oversee project team and manage frictions within the group;
- Manage projects’ financial plans, actuals, and forecast, making adjustments as required;
- Use a variety of delivery methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
- Coordinate with all impacted stakeholders (i.e development and QA teams and clients);
- Ensure customer service and value expectations are met and perform team assessments and evaluation

Requirements and technical skills
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience;
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, SCRUM;
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and planning;
- Excellent understanding of information technology procedures and practices;
- A self-starter, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to effectively set project management standards to specific requirements and unify project teams around those standards;
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
