Overview

Senior Business Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across North America GBS operations. This role is critical in driving transformation, optimizing processes, and delivering strategic value to the business. You will manage high-impact projects from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

- Lead strategic, multi-country projects within the GBS framework, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business strategy.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks with a proactive and analytical approach.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology.
- Conduct business analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change impact assessments.
- Develop and present business cases, project charters, and executive dashboards.
- Drive continuous improvement through gap analysis, process redesign, and automation opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and governance meetings.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of PMO best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, health, safety, and environmental standards and corporate governance.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or Master’s in Project Management, Operations, or Strategy strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in project management roles within multinational or matrixed organizations. Proven experience leading regional or global transformation projects. Experience in Shared Services Centers and North American business environments is a strong asset.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira). Power BI or data visualization experience is a plus.
- Languages: English proficiency at C1 level or higher.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Modality: On-site (Presential)
- Salary: COP $10,000,000 - 12,000,000 monthly
