We are looking for a high-energy, creative powerhouse to help scale the Founder's personal brand and digital presence.

This isn't just a "social media manager" role; we need a
strategic partner
who can take the Founder's ideas, inject them with personality, and turn them into a cohesive online ecosystem.

You are someone who stays ahead of trends, understands the nuances of different platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube), and isn't afraid to pitch "crazy" ideas that make us stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Ideation:
    Brainstorm unique angles and content pillars that differentiate the Founder's brand from competitors.
  • Content Creation:
    Produce high-quality short-form video scripts, long-form articles, and engaging visual assets.
  • Brand Voice Mastery:
    Write and edit copy in a way that sounds authentically like the Founder, maintaining high standards of English grammar and style.
  • Growth Hacking:
    Monitor analytics to see what's working and pivot quickly to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Execution:
    Manage the content calendar and ensure we are consistently showing up across all platforms.

  • Highly Proficient in English:
    You can write nuance, humour, and professional insights in English without losing the "soul" of the message.
  • A "Relentless" Work Ethic:
    You take pride in ownership. When you say you'll do something, it gets done - on time and at a high standard.
  • Creative & Bold:
    You don't just follow templates; you create them. You are curious about the "next big thing" in digital media.
  • Medellín-Based:
    You are based in Medellin and are happy to work in-office.

Note: You will be helping the Founder produce content in the form of static, carousels, short/long-form videos, etc.

Requirements

  • You don't have to have experience, but you must show that you can produce high quality output.
  • If you have proven experience in content creation or personal branding, than that's a big plus.
  • Expertise in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Happy to work 6-7 days a week to ensure we as a team are meeting or exceeding our goals

Additional Preferences

  • If you're able to produce high quality, aesthetic creatives strongly aligned with the brand, that's another big plus.
  • If you have knowledge and experience around tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, n8n / zapier automations, Clay, etc. that's another plus (if you're able to learn these tools fast that's an even bigger plus)
  • You're a fast learner and even though you lack knowledge you put in the time and effort to become a more valuable resource quickly
