En Oxxo Colombia, nos encontramos en búsqueda de nuestro próximo(a) Category Manager en Bogotá.

Tu reto
será desarrollar e impulsar la categoría de "Bebidas Alcohólicas" mediante estrategias y negociación con proveedores para la gestión y habilitación de palancas comerciales (variedad, precios, promociones, exhibición y comunicación) buscando lograr un crecimiento sostenido en ventas, margen e ingresos comerciales a nivel nacional.

Formación:

Profesional titulado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

5 a 7 años de experiencia en:

  • Diseño de estrategias comerciales: desarrollo de categorías, estructura de campañas/iniciativas de precios, promociones, etc.
  • Negociación y desarrollo de proveedores.
  • Entendimiento y gestión de indicadores propios del negocio.
  • Experiencia en roles de liderazgo preferiblemente en retail o consumo masivo.
