Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Revenue Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Bogota, D.C., with the flexibility of some remote work. The Senior Revenue Manager will be responsible for overseeing revenue management practices, developing pricing strategies, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring accurate recognition of revenue based on data-driven insights. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth objectives through strategic planning and precise execution.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and optimize revenue strategies.
- Expertise in revenue optimization and revenenue management modeling.
- Proficiency in communicating strategies to stakeholders and presenting revenue data.
- Experience in implementing revenue management strategies in a business or property management setting.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate complex analyses and insights.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, financial modeling, and reporting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a relevant advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- 3 years experience in Revenue Management role in STR, hotel, airline, ect.
