The Delivery Manager Senior is responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, team alignment, and consistent value generation. This role acts as a key bridge between strategy and execution, driving delivery standards, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring outcomes meet agreed objectives in terms of quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery management, ensuring execution aligns with defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor delivery performance through KPIs, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and operational blockers proactively.
  • Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, providing visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Promote best practices in delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and operational governance.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management practices.
  • Drive process optimization to improve efficiency, predictability, and delivery maturity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior delivery or program management roles within complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and operational best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing delivery metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • High level of autonomy, leadership maturity, and decision-making capability.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
