Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a
motivated Performance Senior Business Analyst - North America
to join our
Customer Excellence
team.

In this role, you will be responsible for
driving operational effectiveness and strategic decision-making through advanced data-driven insights and Performance Indicator management.
You will serve as a critical analytical partner, helping to automate reporting processes, optimize resource allocation, and monitor credit risk exposure to safeguard the organization's financial health.

You will join the Performance Analytics North America team, a high-impact group dedicated to supporting Customer Excellence through sophisticated financial modeling and collaborative problem-solving.

What You'll D

  • oDesign, automate, and maintain comprehensive Customer Excellence dashboards and Key Performance Indicator scorecards to provide actionable insights for collections leaders and executive stakeholders
  • .Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain Bad Debt Expense forecasting models and perform risk segmentation of Accounts Receivable portfolios
  • .Ensure compliance with organizational standards by maintaining consistent data integrity during Mergers and Acquisitions integrations and documenting Standard Operating Procedures for all reporting workflows

    ty in risk segmentation, financial forecasting, and identifying process inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement and cost reductio
  • n.Bachelor's degr
    ee in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field; professional certifications in Business Intelligence are a plu
