Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and analytical Product Engineer capable of transforming ideas into high-quality products that address user needs. You will work across the design, development, and validation phases of product creation, collaborating with various teams to ensure functionality, efficiency, and compliance with technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test products from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, manufacturing, quality control, production) to ensure product requirements are met.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses, cost and time studies, and prepare the necessary technical documentation for each product.
  • Manage design and engineering changes when needed, ensuring proper implementation and follow-up through processes and production.
  • Identify issues or failures, propose solutions, and work on continuous improvements to optimize product quality, performance, and cost.

Requirements & Ideal Profile

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, or related field) or equivalent.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience.
  • B2/C1 english level
  • Previous experience in
    product development, design, or manufacturing
    — preferably in production or technology development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a mindset focused on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively across teams, and adapt to changes in the development process.
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to project objectives.
