Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript / React / Node / TypeScript)

Lo que buscamos: Full Stack Engineer con enfoque
hands-on
, pensamiento crítico y experiencia desarrollando productos digitales complejos. Idealmente con trayectoria en entornos regulados (fintech, insurtech, proptech) y con interés en nuevas tecnologías como GenAI y LLMs.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones web escalables, modernas y seguras.
  • Construir interfaces de usuario con y
  • Desarrollar APIs y servicios backend con /
  • Diseñar y optimizar esquemas de bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
  • Integrar servicios en la nube (AWS, GCP o Azure) y mantener pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto, diseño y seguridad en todas las fases.
  • Participar en revisiones de código y fomentar buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
  • Evaluar e integrar soluciones de AI / GenAI y LLMs cuando sea relevante.

Requisitos

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática o afines. (Most have)
  • Localizado en Medellín o Bogotá
  • 4 a 7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • Dominio de JavaScript y TypeScript.
  • Experiencia sólida en , , y
  • Manejo de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Conocimientos en AWS, GCP o Azure.
  • Inglés B2/C1 (Most have)
  • Autonomía, responsabilidad y habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
