AI Engineer - Desarrollo de Soluciones Inteligentes (Nivel Middle)

Propósito del rol:

Buscamos un Ingeniero de Inteligencia Artificial (Nivel Middle) con experiencia entre 3 y 5 años, apasionado por aplicar IA en productos reales.

Tu misión será diseñar, entrenar y desplegar sistemas inteligentes que automaticen procesos, conecten APIs y potencien la eficiencia de productos digitales.

Formarás parte de un equipo ágil donde la innovación, la autonomía y la experimentación son parte del día a día.

Qué harás:

  • Desarrollar pipelines de machine learning y modelos predictivos con Python, TensorFlow o PyTorch.
  • Diseñar y consumir APIs escalables (REST/GraphQL) para conectar servicios y datos.
  • Implementar soluciones RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) usando LangChain, Dify o equivalentes.
  • Administrar bases de datos relacionales y vectoriales (PostgreSQL, pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus).
  • Automatizar flujos de trabajo con herramientas no-code/low-code como n8n, Flowise o Make.
  • Participar en despliegues con Docker, Render o Vercel, asegurando calidad y estabilidad.
  • Documentar procesos, colaborar en revisiones de código y compartir mejores prácticas con el equipo.

Requisitos esenciales:

  • 3–5 años de experiencia desarrollando con Python y frameworks de IA/ML.
  • Experiencia en procesamiento de datos, embeddings y consumo de APIs.
  • Dominio de PostgreSQL y consultas SQL.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborativa en entornos remotos.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (capaz de leer documentación y comunicarse con equipos globales).

Requisitos deseables (plus):

  • Familiaridad con LangChain, Dify, Flowise o n8n.
  • Experiencia en bases vectoriales y RAG pipelines.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Docker y despliegue en Render o Vercel.
  • Experiencia liderando perfiles junior o contribuyendo a comunidades técnicas.
  • Interés en automatización inteligente, agentes IA y monetización de productos digitales.
