What You'll Do:

  • Manage
    Accounts Receivable (A/R)
    and
    Accounts Payable (A/P)
    operations efficiently and accurately.
  • Process billing, invoicing, and payment transactions according to company policies and client standards.
  • Reconcile accounts, verify documentation, and ensure timely financial reporting.
  • Support month-end closing and assist with financial statements and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial compliance.


What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year of experience
    in
    Billing, Invoicing, Conciliation, AP or AR.
  • Background in
    Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
    is a PLUS.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred).
