Rol: Accounting Clerk

Modalidad: Presencial (Todas las ciudades de Colombia)

Horario: Lunes a viernes 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. // 11:00 a.m. a 8:00 p.m.

Responsabilidades.

Gestión Financiera


• Procesar y registrar pagos entrantes (AR) y salientes (AP)


• Conciliar facturas con órdenes de compra y recibos


• Preparar y enviar facturas a clientes, y hacer seguimiento a saldos pendientes


• Reconciliar estados de cuenta de proveedores y resolver discrepancias

Soporte Contable:


• Mantener registros financieros precisos y actualizados


• Apoyar en los cierres contables de fin de mes


• Colaborar en auditorías y reportes financieros


• Realizar tareas administrativas y clericales relacionadas con contabilidad

Habilidades y Calificaciones:

Conocimientos básicos en principios contables (AR/AP)

Manejo de Microsoft Excel y software contable (QuickBooks, SAP u otros)

Alto nivel de precisión e integridad en el manejo de datos financieros

Nivel de Estudios Requerido: Técnico, tecnólogo y/o profesional
