En dentsu estamos en búsqueda de un HR Business Partner

Propósito del rol

Acompañar al negocio como socio estratégico de Recursos Humanos, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos de talento humano y apoyando a los líderes en la toma de decisiones relacionadas con personas. El rol combina visión estratégica y ejecución operativa para fortalecer el desempeño, el compromiso y la cultura organizacional.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento y la correcta ejecución de los procesos de talento humano: selección, formación, bienestar, relaciones laborales y procesos estratégicos de RR. HH.
  • Actuar como punto de apoyo para líderes y equipos, brindando asesoría en temas de personas y gestión del talento.
  • Implementar iniciativas de RR. HH. alineadas con la estrategia del negocio y acompañar su comunicación y seguimiento.
  • Impulsar la gestión del desempeño y el desarrollo de carrera, apoyando a los líderes en feedback, planes de desarrollo y mejora del rendimiento.
  • Liderar y/o apoyar procesos de cambio organizacional, asegurando una adecuada gestión cultural y comunicación.
  • Monitorear indicadores de RR. HH. y elaborar análisis que permitan mejorar la efectividad del capital humano.
  • Promover el compromiso, la cultura, la diversidad y los valores organizacionales en el día a día.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Profesional en áreas afines a Recursos Humanos.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia laboral dos de estos como HR Business Partner.
  • Experiencia comprobada en procesos de talento humano: selección, formación, bienestar, relaciones laborales y gestión estratégica de RR. HH.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma cercana con líderes y equipos.
  • Enfoque práctico, analítico y orientado a resultados.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, influencia y trabajo colaborativo.
