The HR Partner acts as a strategic HR representative within the local team, with an initial strong focus on talent acquisition. In the early stage of the role, the main responsibility will be to lead end-to-end recruitment to support the rapid growth of our teams in Latin America.

Over time, the HR Partner will gradually expand their scope toward broader HR partnership responsibilities, including consultant engagement, performance reviews, and people development.

Main Responsibilities

Phase 1
– Talent Acquisition Focus (Core Responsibility)

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle (
    end-to-end recruitment process
    ): understanding business needs, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, defining profiles, and designing sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct technical sourcing on key platforms (especially LinkedIn Recruiter) and other specialized channels.
  • Perform pre-screening calls, coordinate technical interviews with experts, and ensure high-quality candidate evaluation reports.
  • Present and promote shortlisted candidates to Business Managers and ensure a smooth and fast recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to attract top IT talent and promote Klanik's culture in the local market.

Phase 2 –
Broader HR Partnership

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new consultants — both internally and at client sites.
  • Support consultants' administrative steps (medical check-ups, compliance, etc.).
  • Conduct biannual and annual HR reviews with consultants.
  • Identify training needs and career development opportunities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a strong sense of belonging within Klanik and the Business Unit.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR and internal projects (events, HR process improvement, etc.).
