Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Ad Operations Executive to join our team in Bogotá and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we've grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.
The Role
As a Junior Operations Executive, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring advertising campaigns while developing expertise in campaign management. This is a hands-on role where you will learn from senior team members and progressively take on more responsibilities.
Your Challenge
  • End-to-end campaign execution – Implement and monitor campaigns across programmatic platforms.
  • Performance tracking – Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Issue resolution – Identify campaign issues, troubleshoot, and escalate them to senior team members when needed.
  • Technical support to the Client Success team: Provide quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
  • Process learning – Develop a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital advertising or programmatic operations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to develop technical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
