Lunes a viernes, jornada completa (7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. CST)

Resumen del Puesto

Buscamos un/a Especialista en Cumplimiento proactivo/a y orientado/a al detalle para apoyar el proceso de incorporación de conductores en EE. UU. Esta posición se enfoca en revisar documentación de contratación, garantizar el cumplimiento con estándares internos y regulaciones estadounidenses, y mantener una comunicación constante con los candidatos durante su proceso de onboarding.


Responsabilidades Principales

· Revisar y validar documentos de contratación de conductores para asegurar precisión y cumplimiento.

· Comunicarse directamente con los conductores para solicitar documentos faltantes, aclarar requisitos y brindar actualizaciones.

· Mantener registros precisos del estado de incorporación en los sistemas internos.

· Colaborar con equipos internos para resolver problemas documentales de forma rápida y eficiente.

· Gestionar múltiples casos simultáneamente, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.

· Asegurar que todos los pasos del proceso cumplan con las políticas de la empresa y regulaciones vigentes.

· Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento cuando sea necesario.


Requisitos

· Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).

· Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente, preferiblemente en call center o entornos de alto volumen.

· Al menos 6 meses de experiencia en reclutamiento.

· Excelentes habilidades de organización y multitarea.

· Comunicación verbal y escrita efectiva.

· Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos.

· Familiaridad con plataformas CRM o sistemas de onboarding.


Calificaciones Deseadas

· Experiencia previa en cumplimiento normativo, recursos humanos o logística.

· Conocimiento de documentación laboral en EE. UU. o estándares de la industria del transporte.
