We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Business Analyst to lead the business process discovery front on global platform harmonization for a major leader in the beverage industry across Brazil and Mexico. You will be responsible for understanding market nuances, mapping complex business rules, and ensuring the execution plan meets the operational requirements of both countries within the new global platform.
Responsibilities: - Business Rules Mapping: Thoroughly document current business rules required for operations and ensure feature parity between legacy platforms and the future state. - Stakeholder Interface: Lead interviews and workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to validate AI-driven findings and capture pain points and future requirements. - Fit-Gap Analysis: Identify differences between current capabilities and future needs, collaborating on the creation of the feature map. - Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to define the roadmap and feature prioritization plan. - Process Validation: Create interview scripts and document user flows to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved and harmonized across markets.

Requirements: - B2B E-commerce Expertise: Solid knowledge of B2B sales processes, including ordering, pricing, promotions, and logistics. - Facilitation Skills: Proven experience in conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders across different regions. - Agile Mindset: Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum frameworks with rapid delivery cycles (1-week sprints). - Analytical Capability: Ability to work with AI-extracted data and transform it into structured business requirements. - Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is a significant differentiator for the Mexico workstream.
