**The Position**

Work with Product Owners and Technical Leads for multiple products. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather requirements and troubleshoot for new features.
- Communicate with multiple technical teams.
- Prepare User stories and write acceptance criteria.
- Help with QA Testing assignments and tasks.
- Drive development efforts.
- Identify gaps in requirements and research for corrections.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
- Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of Agile and other development methodologies.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience working in an information technology discipline.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise with lifecycles for IT programs, IT projects, systems development, and IT production operations.
- Strong knowledge of IT production processes, such as change management, configuration management, release management, and lifecycle management. Experience must include knowledge of IT best practices and process tools.
- Well organized, highly collaborative.
- Proven business process analysis, strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Mastery of creating process flows / visual diagrams
- Experience in creation of training materials and documentation
- Fluent in English.
- Intermediate querying knowledge on relational databases is a plus (Finding stored procedures, tables and columns, Creation of basic queries to analyze data).
