Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Quality Assurance, located in Bogota, D.C. The role involves overseeing all quality assurance activities across the organization to ensure compliance with established standards and processes. Daily responsibilities include managing quality control and audits, implementing and maintaining quality management systems, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvements. The Head of Quality Assurance will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce quality guidelines and drive organizational success through stringent quality measures.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Experience in Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance with industry standards
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying trends, solving problems, and optimizing quality processes
  • Knowledge of Quality Management systems and experience in their implementation
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for guiding teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration
  • Ability to consistently meet organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in the educational or public sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
