Responsabilidades

What you'll do as a Sales Associate?

  • Respond to all customer inquiries.
  • You will have to contact potential and existing clients to offer the company products and services with different rates and benefits, and close the sale providing the client with accurate information regarding the new plan or service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener
  • Work with confidential customer information, while treating it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
