People Operations Specialist
What you'll do:
Execute day-to-day People Services tasks across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, etc.).
Be the first point of contact for managers on HR systems, policies, and processes.
Collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance processes and employee experience.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms like Workday.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services or People Operations (regional/global exposure preferred).
Hands-on experience with
Workday
or
ServiceNow
.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Advanced
English
(written and spoken) and Spanish.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
