Job Description: E-Commerce Specialist, Full-Time Position (Remote – Colombia Preferred)

Brief Description: The role is responsible for launching and operating a direct-to-consumer ecommerce website with the initial objective of selling existing inventory (including Cosmo and close-out items). Over time, the website may expand its assortment through third-party products via dropship. The position requires strong ecommerce execution skills across website operations, digital marketing, and brand activation, within a lean team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own website's revenue, margins, and core performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, CAC/ROAS).
  • Operate and optimize the DTC website (catalog, pricing, product content, promotions, landing pages).
  • Ensure the brand maintains an active and credible TikTok presence, including: Product showcases, value explanations, and trust-building content.
  • Alignment between TikTok content, TikTok Shop listings, promotions, and discount seasons.
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations and review TikTok Analytics and Shop performance.
  • Coordinate paid media, email marketing, and creative execution with internal teams.
  • Own customer experience standards, monitoring inquiries, reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Benchmark against competitive beauty and fragrance e-commerce players in the U.S. market.
  • Support inventory and assortment strategy, including liquidation of slow-moving SKUs and dropship expansion.
  • Prepare monthly performance updates and recommend promotional and content calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar).
  • Understanding of digital performance channels and influencer-driven marketing.
  • Commercially oriented with focus on revenue, margin, and conversion.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a lean or fast-moving environment.
  • Experience in beauty, fragrance, or duty-free retail is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Details: Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY, but this is a remote position.
