About the Role

KITSCH is currently looking for a detail-oriented and conversion-focused Email Marketing Designer to own and elevate our visual brand story within the inbox. In this role, you won't just create assets, you'll actively design visually stunning campaigns and implement strategic A/B tests that directly impact our customer retention and revenue goals.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with Kitsch's brand guidelines.
  • Develop asset adaptations for Amazon e-commerce.
  • Work closely with the Digital Art Diretor, Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
  • Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
  • Use ASANA for project status updates/feedback and progress communications.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
  • Ability to suggest strategic A/B test for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
  • Ability to complete 15-20 emails a month

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Trello for project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on email campaigns.
  • A portfolio that showcases relevant work.
