We're hiring: Project Manager (Hybrid role)

We're looking for a
Project Manager
to join our
ePMO team
in a
hybrid work model
, supporting the successful delivery of strategic and operational projects across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for
planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects end-to-end
, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, track KPIs, and provide clear visibility to stakeholders through structured reports and status updates. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of project management best practices.

Key responsibilities:


• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans


• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the project lifecycle


• Monitor progress, budgets, and KPIs


• Lead communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership


• Document lessons learned and support post-project evaluations


• Act as a reference point and mentor within the team

Key requirements:


•
3–5 years of experience in Project Management
, leading projects end-to-end


•
Project Management certifications are a plus
(PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, etc.)


• Proficiency in project management tools (Monday, ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, Trello)


•
Fluent English (mandatory)
| Spanish highly valued
