Project Manager Senior

Buscamos un Project Manager Senior con experiencia sólida liderando proyectos complejos, capacidad demostrada para gestionar múltiples stakeholders y habilidad para entregar resultados en tiempos cortos y bajo presión. Esta persona será responsable de coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios, garantizar el cumplimiento de plazos y mantener una comunicación efectiva con áreas técnicas, operativas y ejecutivas.
Requisitos principales
· Experiencia mínima de 5 años gestionando proyectos de mediana y gran escala.
· Dominio de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (ágil, híbrida y/o cascada).
· Alta capacidad de gestión de stakeholders, incluyendo ejecutivos, equipos técnicos y proveedores.
· Fuerte habilidad de negociación, manejo de expectativas y toma de decisiones bajo presión.
· Capacidad probada para trabajar con timelines ajustados, priorizar y ejecutar en ambientes dinámicos.
· Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, con enfoque en claridad y transparencia.
· Experiencia liderando equipos que no reportan directamente, con influencia transversal.
Deseable
· Experiencia en el sector salud (hospitales, seguros, servicios médicos, regulaciones, interoperabilidad, etc.).
· Certificaciones como PMP, Scrum Master o similares.
