We're Hiring join our team as a Legal Counsel

Our team in Latin America continues to grow, and we're looking for a
Legal Counsel
to join our in-house legal function supporting the Americas region.

This role is ideal for a legal professional who is
proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
— someone who brings a fresh perspective, is comfortable with technology, and enjoys building and structuring legal processes in a regional, multicultural environment.


What you'll be working on


• Drafting and negotiating client and supplier contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements


• Advising internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risks across the Americas


• Supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A, IT procurement, and regional projects


• Providing guidance on HR-related matters and client disputes


• Contributing to the development and improvement of legal templates, policies, and processes


• Working closely with Group Legal and cross-functional teams


Requirements


• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of experience (law firm, in-house, or both)


• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills


• Solid legal foundations with a practical, commercial mindset


• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently


• Tech-savvy and interested in process improvement


• Fluent in
English and Spanish


Desired requirements


• Experience supporting multinational or regional operations across multiple jurisdictions


• Exposure to legal operations, process design, or legal technology initiatives


• Experience working closely with commercial, HR, IT, or corporate services teams


• Ability to think creatively and propose pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
