As a Payment and Experience AnalystPurpose
Responsible for being the "single point of contact" (SPOC) for interactions between the requesters and business partners and the sourcing specialists, category leaders, accounts payable specialists and HelpDesk, ensuring a positive and compliant end user experience. Besides, this position will be conducting A/P operations compliance support functions and executing various Regional/Local tax compliance and operational requirements.
Main Responsibilities
As a Payment and Experience Analyst you will be accountable for creating a seamless experience for the requestor/business partner when using the Procure to Pay (P2P) process by coordinating the processes/interactions with the different stakeholders and support areas. As well as receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes.
Execute vendor payments accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and P2P process standards."
Monitor compliance, conduct business review meetings, and perform data analysis to be able to provide insights and create action plan in order to contribute to main KPIs and improve service.
Part of the role is to have continues improvement by mapping and leading initiatives and projects, locally, regionally, or globally to ensure customer experience is the central reason of this. As well to support initiative related to automation, data analysis, reporting, efficiencies. Etc.
QualificationsA bachelor's degree is required, with a preferred concentration in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineer, Accounting or Business Administration
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in procurement or Payments
Shown skill with Procurement or Payments/Accounting/Taxes/Finance /Administrative processes. (Required)
Knowledge of SAP ((Required)
Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience) (Required)
For this role it is required to speak English at an intermediate level. (Required)
Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming, and collaboration skills.
Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Digital (Power apps, Power Automate, Power BI) skills.
Portuguese language is a plus. (Preferred)
Shared Services experience is a plus.
