Estamos buscando un(a) Property Manager en Bogotá
¿Tienes experiencia como gerente de edificio o subgerente de hotel? Esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.
El reto
: Administrar un edificio de 12 pisos con aproximadamente 140 apartamentos, liderando el día a día operativo, comercial y humano.
Manejo de equipo (4–5 personas)
Control de presupuesto y mantenimiento
Reporte de resultados periódicos
Relación directa con inquilinos
Responsabilidades clave
:
- Supervisar todos los aspectos operativos y financieros del edificio
- Control de presupuesto y gestión de solicitudes de mantenimiento
- Apoyo a proveedores externos en temas relacionados con la propiedad
- Administración del inventario del edificio
- Supervisión del personal interno
Perfil ideal
:
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en administración de propiedades
- Al menos 1 año en un rol de supervisión o gerencia
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle
- Buen manejo de Excel y lógica de negocio
- Formación en administración de empresas o áreas afines (no excluyente)
Salario
: entre 6 y 9 millones COP, según experiencia y perfil
