Currently available in Colombia, Spain, Italy and the US, with plans for global expansion, Sonno Homes allows clients to invest while we handle on-ground operations. Through our innovative portal, clients can invest into short-term rental properties, villas, hotels and eco-resorts, track properties in real-time, view monthly earnings and performance reports.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Acquisition Manager specializing in buy-side negotiation of Vacation Investment Homes. The Acquisition Manager will oversee the acquisition of new properties, build relationships with property owners and agents, conduct market analysis, and negotiate terms. This includes cash offers, VTBs, and creative finance deals on tourism-zoned properties. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the sales team and our CEO.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property acquisition, market analysis, and real estate investment
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for tracking and managing properties
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the vacation rental market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • MUST be fully bilingual in Spanish and English as you will be the acquisition lead throughout the US and Latin America

Starting salary is $60,000 USD (19,000,000 COP per month) with quarterly performance bonuses. This role is only for dedicated, experienced professionals who can take guidance and meet strict deadlines, and must have a strong desire to move-up within the company.
