We're Hiring: Sales & Operations Support Associate (Bilingual – Advanced English C1)

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Are you highly organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Operations Support Associate and play a key role in supporting our PEO sales team, business consultants, and clients. This is your chance to be the backbone of business development and client success

What You'll Do:

Prepare and process proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documents for PEO clients.

Track and manage business development opportunities and client prospects.

Gather client information for risk assessments and underwriting.

Coordinate with Implementation teams for smooth onboarding.

Draft and send emails and documents to clients and prospects.

Ensure all contracts meet compliance standards and company policies.

Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems (Salesforce, ClientSpace).

Follow up on high-priority client requests and internal action items.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in operations, business coordination, or administrative support roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required).

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness.

Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving skills.

High degree of discretion and professionalism.
