Job Description:

Global Level Summary

  • Expert level support position responsible for performing complex and varied work assignments that are highly specialized, requiring a deep understanding of their specific area of expertise. Positions at this level are required to review and interpret complex contract terms and/or regulatory guidelines within their area of expertise. They will frequently perform involved mathematical calculations and are typically experts on relevant internal systems. May have specific process or program coordination responsibilities assigned as part of the regular work routine.

General Purpose of Role

  • To support Project Manager and project team in contractual and project billing matters on complex projects. Act as main interface between project personnel and client for any project billing issues. Ensure that all components of the contract are properly captured in systems in order to create accurate project billing statements.

Systems, Processes & Tools

  • Expert understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues with systems, processes and tools.
