Descripción del cargo

Como
Benefits Administrator
, serás el punto de contacto para todas las consultas relacionadas con beneficios. Administrarás programas de beneficios para empleados, garantizarás el cumplimiento de políticas y regulaciones, y brindarás soporte e información clara.

Coordinarás con proveedores de seguros, manejarás inscripciones y asistirás en reclamos e inquietudes. Tu misión será ofrecer un servicio excepcional con empatía y profesionalismo

Responsabilidades principales

  • Asistir a empleados y gerentes con programas de beneficios (salud, dental, visión, seguros, planes de retiro, licencias, ACA, etc.).
  • Mantener registros precisos en HRIS y asegurar que la información esté lista para auditorías.
  • Participar en actividades de inducción y presentar programas de beneficios.
  • Preparar y distribuir materiales de comunicación sobre beneficios.
  • Coordinar facturación mensual con contabilidad y cumplir plazos fiscales.
  • Planificar y ejecutar programas de inscripción abierta.
  • Implementar iniciativas de bienestar y salud.
  • Apoyar auditorías y reportes relacionados con beneficios.

Requisitos y habilidades

  • Licenciatura en RRHH, Administración o áreas afines (
    obligatorio
    ).
  • 1-2 años de experiencia en beneficios.
  • Experiencia en
    401k
    (muy importante).
  • Excel avanzado (indispensable).
  • Experiencia en servicio al cliente y manejo de HRIS/HCM.
  • Conocimiento general de regulaciones federales y estatales sobre beneficios.
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y trabajar de forma independiente.
  • Alta confidencialidad y empatía.
