Are you a social media savant or skilled wordsmith with a knack for writing engaging posts on Reddit or LinkedIn? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets strategy? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Responsibilities Proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital content Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement on Reddit and LinkedIn Utilize LLMs and other tools to optimize copywriting processes and increase efficiency Strong creative thinking skills and innovative problem-solving abilities A genuine interest in what makes content shareable and viral Ability to work in small teams as well as independently Ability to give and receive constructive criticism - high emotional intelligence and a willingness to be coached A competitive drive with a positive, curious, and kind disposition (no haters) Excellent written and verbal communication skills An obsession with social strategy Requirements Proven experience in social media or related field C1 level of English or higher is required Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar Ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messaging Strong understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience with Reddit and LinkedIn content is a plus Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies, including training in LLMs for copywriting efficiency Benefits Position: Social Media Manager Payment Frequency: Monthly Type of Contract: Independent Contractor Only CVs in English will be considered to participate in the process.
