king for a Project Manager who can lead client projects from concept to completion — coordinating between designers, developers, editors, and strategists to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on brand.

**Responsibilities
• Manage

multiple client projects (marketing, web, content, AI automations, etc.) simultaneously
• Overse

e timelines, deliverables, and task delegation across departments
• Coordi

nate with the Director of Operations and ensure project milestones are met
• Commun

icate directly with clients for updates, feedback, and deliverables
• Create

and maintain project trackers and SOPs using Notion or ClickUp
• Prepar

e weekly reports, follow-up emails, and team reminders
• Antici

pate issues and proactively suggest solutions
• Ensure

all deliverables are aligned with brand standards and goals

• 2+ yea

rs of experience in project management (preferably in a marketing or creative agency)
• Strong

organizational and communication skills
• Comfor

table managing creative workflows (content, ads, design, web dev)
• Tech-s

avvy: able to use tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
• Fluent

in English (French or Spanish is a plus)
• Abilit

y to work in Eastern Time Zone hours (EST)
