Proyect Manager

Estamos buscando un/a Gerente de Proyectos de Mejora Continua

Empresa líder en servicios de salud busca un/a Project Manager para impulsar la optimización de procesos, con enfoque en servicio al cliente, innovación y tecnología.

Cargo: Project Manager

Ubicación: Bogotá (trabajo híbrido)

Misión del Cargo:

Liderar iniciativas estratégicas para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, automatizar procesos y aplicar metodologías ágiles que optimicen el servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar proyectos de mejora continua en diversas áreas, con énfasis en el servicio al cliente.
  • Identificar oportunidades de innovación mediante la implementación de tecnologías que optimicen los procesos.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de los proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de KPIs y metas de eficiencia.
  • Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua y colaborar con equipos interdepartamentales.

Requisitos:

  • Formación:
    Profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios o afines.
  • Experiencia:
    años liderando proyectos de mejora continua y con herramientas como Asana, Jira o Trello.
  • Conocimientos:
    Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban), desarrollo tecnológico (Java, Python) y automatización de procesos.
  • Idiomas:
    inglés B2 (Deseable).
