Job Description
As a
Compliance Specialist
, you will support regulatory processes, review financial documentation, monitor audit findings, and assist in strengthening risk controls. Your analytical skills help ensure compliance accuracy, reinforce governance standards, and contribute to a seamless mortgage experience for customers and internal teams.

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Colombian time), Weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 years
of relevant professional experience - Knowledge of
compliance and risk management - Experience in
financial services - Strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with U.S. mortgage compliance
- Experience in audit or legal support
Your Daily Tasks
- Support regulatory compliance activities

- Review financial documents for accuracy
- Prepare reporting documentation
