Job Description

As a
Compliance Specialist
, you will support regulatory processes, review financial documentation, monitor audit findings, and assist in strengthening risk controls. Your analytical skills help ensure compliance accuracy, reinforce governance standards, and contribute to a seamless mortgage experience for customers and internal teams.

Job Overview

Employment type: Indefinite term type contract

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Colombian time), Weekends off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 years
    of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of
    compliance and risk management
  • Experience in
    financial services
  • Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with U.S. mortgage compliance
  • Experience in audit or legal support
