Esta posición está dirigida a estudiantes de contaduría pública, finanzas, administración o carreras afines que deseen iniciar su carrera laboral en auditoría interna. Serás parte del equipo de Global Audit and Advisory LATAM, colaborando en la implementación y fortalecimiento del sistema de control interno en los países donde TransUnion tiene presencia.

Trabajarás bajo estándares internacionales, promoviendo:

What You'll Bring:

Requisitos

  • Estudiantes de últimos semestres de contaduría, finanzas, administración o afines.
  • Contar con el aval de la universidad para realizar contrato de aprendizaje (Fundamental).
  • Nivel básico de inglés (documentación y comunicación internacional).
  • Manejo de herramientas como Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
  • Interés en auditoría, control interno y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Buena comunicación, capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
  • Manejo responsable de información confidencial.
  • Trabajo en equipo y gestión de múltiples tareas.
  • Conexión a internet estable.

Impact You'll Make:

 Responsabilidades principales

  • Apoyar tareas administrativas y operativas del área de auditoría.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de auditoría financiera y operativa.
  • Revisar cumplimiento de políticas contables y procedimientos internos.
  • Identificar riesgos financieros y operativos.
  • Evaluar controles internos en procesos contables y regulatorios.
  • Documentar procesos mediante diagramas de flujo y descripciones detalladas.
  • Elaborar informes con hallazgos y recomendaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento a planes de acción derivados de auditorías.
  • Participar en proyectos de consultoría interna.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
