Apoyar al área de Ventas mediante el análisis de información, optimización de procesos comerciales y soporte operativo, contribuyendo a una toma de decisiones más eficiente y al fortalecimiento de la cultura del equipo de ventas.

Principales responsabilidades:

Análisis y gestión de información comercial

  • Análisis de reportes de productividad del equipo de ventas.

  • Seguimiento y análisis de reportes de muestra médica.

  • Recopilación y análisis de datos de mercado y tendencias de la competencia.

  • Integración y consolidación de información para soportar la planeación comercial.

Optimización de procesos de ventas

  • Apoyo en la optimización de los procesos de planeación de ventas.

  • Análisis de rutas de trabajo, geolocalización y estructuración territorial.

  • Soporte en la mejora continua de procesos operativos del área de ventas.

Soporte a la comunicación y cultura del equipo de ventas

  • Soporte a la comunicación del equipo de ventas.

  • Administración de canales de comunicación interna (Yammer, Teams) para generar conversaciones de valor.

  • Apoyo al fortalecimiento de la cultura Team Lilly dentro de la fuerza de ventas.

Soporte a reuniones y operación comercial

  • Soporte a las reuniones de los equipos de ventas (DSMs).

  • Planeación y apoyo en reuniones periódicas de operación de ventas (roadmap de ventas).

  • Apoyo logístico en capacitaciones dirigidas a la fuerza de ventas.

Soporte administrativo del área de ventas

  • Creación y gestión de órdenes de compra a través del sistema SAP.

  • Seguimiento a los procesos de pago de speakers.

  • Soporte en la legalización de cuentas de gastos relacionadas con actividades de ventas.
