Strategy Process Audit Specialist
, quien será responsable de actuar de manera independiente y objetiva en la evaluación del cumplimiento y la efectividad de los controles destinados a la prevención de riesgos. Su rol incluirá la auditoría y la propuesta de mejoras sobre procesos, proyectos, iniciativas e intangibles, con un enfoque en el cumplimiento estratégico, operativo y de negocio, alineado al plan estratégico y sustentado en la aplicación de las mejores prácticas de auditoría interna.

Tu rol es fundamental para:

  1. Ejecutar auditorías internas enfocadas en procesos estratégicos, operativos y de negocio, conforme a normas ISO y directrices del IIA.
  2. Planear, ejecutar y gestionar auditorías de primera, segunda y tercera parte, incluyendo auditorías internas, externas y con entes de control, clientes y proveedores.
  3. Evaluar el desempeño de los procesos y el avance de la estrategia frente a los objetivos organizacionales y al plan estratégico.
  4. Identificar, evaluar y verificar la adecuada gestión de los riesgos inherentes a los objetivos de cada unidad, incluyendo la revisión de controles existentes o requeridos.
  5. Realizar seguimiento a los hallazgos, incumplimientos y planes de acción, aplicando un enfoque de auditoría basado en riesgos.
  6. Vigilar el cumplimiento de los requisitos normativos, contractuales, organizacionales y del Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG).
  7. Proponer mejoras y acciones correctivas orientadas al fortalecimiento de controles, procesos y desempeño organizacional.
  8. Garantizar el adecuado manejo de la información y los asuntos confidenciales, así como comunicar oportunamente novedades, fallas, mejoras o necesidades de control.

Necesitaras:

  • Ser Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Especialización en Ingeniería, Gestión Estratégica, Gestión de la Calidad, Auditoría, Gestión de Proyectos o áreas afines.
  • Certificación en auditoría o en normas ISO, contando
    mínimo con una
    de las siguientes:
    ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
    o
    CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) del IIA
    .
  • Certificación en gestión de riesgos o en la norma
    ISO 31000
    .
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en auditoría de procesos, consultoría estratégica o gestión organizacional.
