Responsabilidades

Your Role

As an Advanced English Sales Expert, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience and support via phone.

  • Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Represent TP's world-class standards in every conversation.



Requisitos

What We're Looking For 

  • Language Level: Advanced English B2+ - confident and fluent communication is key 
  • High School Diploma (physical copy required).
  • Flexibility to work in our structured schedules: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with an operational window from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 42 hours per week, weekends off
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a problem-solving mindset

Profile and Work Experience

  • 3 months of experience in sales, preferably in Hardware & Devices or in selling technology products and devices.
