We partner with global teams to build scalable solutions while promoting professional development and collaboration.Position Overview As a Content Creator at Lean Tech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training content and learning programs for operational teams. This role focuses on curriculum creation, onboarding programs, and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring training materials align with business processes, compliance standards, and operational goals across a global environment.Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training curricula tailored to operational roles and transport modes
- Maintain and update training documentation, demos, certifications, and learning materials
- Develop onboarding and continuous development programs with defined milestones
- Analyze performance metrics to assess training effectiveness
- Collaborate with operations, product, technology, and compliance teams
- Identify training gaps and improvement opportunities across regions and functions
- Manage training schedules, workshops, and certification programs
- 2+ years of experience in product management, training, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience delivering software or operational training
- Strong communication, organization, and content development skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools
