Position Title: Multimedia Content Creator (Internal Content) Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing

As a Multimedia Content Creator at Lean Tech, you will be responsible for creating high-quality internal multimedia content focused on communication, knowledge sharing, and information evangelization across different departments. This role is centered on producing audiovisual materials for internal consumption that support onboarding, process communication, and operational understanding, rather than external marketing or social media content. You will work closely with Communications, Operations, and other internal teams to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and structured audiovisual assets that can be reused across training and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain internal audiovisual content such as instructional videos, presentations, and visual guides.
• Translate business and operational information into clear multimedia narratives for internal audiences.
• Support internal onboarding and knowledge-sharing initiatives through reusable media assets.
• Collaborate with Communications and cross-functional teams to align content with internal messaging needs.
• Update and refine existing multimedia materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure content consistency, clarity, and quality across all internal deliverables

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience creating audiovisual or multimedia content for internal or corporate environments.
• Strong experience in video creation, editing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to structure information clearly for internal knowledge-sharing purposes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a professional environment

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with eLearning or multimedia development tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience supporting internal communications, onboarding, or enablement initiatives.
