AI-driven Full-Stack Architect Technical Lead

You will join a strategic engagement with a US-based product company building a
multi-tenant, bank-facing platform
and AI-augmented workflows.

Role Summary:

As the AI-driven Full-Stack Technical Lead, you will:

• Own the architecture and technical direction of a
  multi-tenant, white-label banking platform
  (Python/Django + Angular).
• Design and evolve end-to-end systems with strong focus on
  scalability, security, reliability and performance
  .
• Lead hands-on implementation (including integrating GenAI tools) and guide a small full-stack team (mid & junior) to deliver production-ready features.
• Collaborate closely with Product and the client's engineering leadership to shape the roadmap and technical standards.

Key Role Characteristics:

Frontend Architecture (Angular)

• Design multi-tenant, white-label UI architecture with rules for
  bank switching, branding and dynamic themes
  .
• Define guidelines for
  SSR, caching, hydration and performance
  .
• Set
  bundle-size limits, code-quality gates
  and Angular folder/component structure.
• Guide the creation of an
  enterprise component library
  for reusable UI patterns.

Backend & System Architecture (Python/Django)

• Design a
  modular Django app structure
  and multi-tenant data ownership model.
• Build reusable
  service layers
  and event-driven workflows (APIs, background jobs).
• Define
  high-throughput pipelines
  for PDF parsing and financial data processing.
• Ensure
  PII/PCI/SOC2 readiness
  with proper audit logging and secure data flows.

Async, Messaging & Caching

• Design
  RabbitMQ
  topology (queues, DLQs, routing, priority).
• Set
  Redis
  caching, TTL and eviction rules.
• Define
  Celery
  orchestration patterns (chains, groups, chords) for background work.

Logging, Observability & Reliability

• Create unified
  structured logging and traceability
  across services.
• Define logging pipelines (e.g.
  CloudWatch → Grafana
  ) and alerting standards.
• Design system-wide
  dashboards, SLOs and reliability metrics
  .

Database & Data Architecture

• Design schemas for workflows, applications and identities (primarily
  PostgreSQL
  ).
• Define
  indexing, partitioning, archival and retention
  strategies.
• Own backup and recovery strategy for
  mission-critical data
  .

DevOps & Cloud (AWS)

• Review
  Dockerfiles
  and deployment setups; ensure secure, reproducible builds.
• Define
  CI/CD release pipelines and tagging standards
  (GitHub Actions or similar).
• Guide cloud architecture using core
  AWS services
  (S3, CloudFront, SSM/Parameter Store, monitoring stack).

Security & Cross-Team Leadership

• Establish enterprise design principles:
  modularity, reusability, maintainability, low coupling
  .
• Own security architecture and
  OWASP Top 10
  mitigation across layers.
• Act as the
  technical authority
  for frontend and backend teams; review and approve architectural decisions.
• Work with Product to align architecture with the
  long-term roadmap
  and ensure the platform can scale to onboard multiple banks.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 7+ years
  of professional software development experience, including
  3+ years
  in a
  technical lead / architect
  capacity.
• Strong full-stack background with:
• Backend:
  Python, Django (or FastAPI) building production APIs and services.
• Frontend:
  Angular 15+ (ideally 17), TypeScript, state management (NgRx or similar).
• Proven experience designing and delivering
  enterprise or SaaS applications
  (multi-tenant or complex B2B systems).
• Solid
  relational database design
  (PostgreSQL or similar) and data-modeling for transactional workloads.
• Hands-on experience with
  messaging / async patterns
  (RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis caching).
• Experience defining
  logging, monitoring, alerting
  and improving production reliability.
• Good understanding of
  cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
  and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced English (C1)
  – comfortable leading technical discussions with US-based stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in
  financial services / fintech
  or other highly regulated domains.
• Practical experience integrating
  LLM/GenAI assistants
  into internal workflows or customer-facing features.
• Exposure to
  SOC2, PCI, PII
  or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience mentoring and growing
  mid / junior full-stack engineers
  in distributed teams.
