We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves building clean, scalable systems and experimenting with AI tools.

At Logistics One Source (LOS), we use technology to automate, simplify, and scale operations for the US trucking industry.

If you're creative, self-driven, and excited about using tools like Python and connecting APIs to build smarter systems, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain internal and client-facing web apps.
  • Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Cursor, automation APIs).
  • Manage and optimize databases (SQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and safety teams to continuously improve system performance, speed, and usability.
  • Contribute ideas to shape our long-term tech roadmap.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Experience in deployment & cloud services (CI/CD).
  • Experience using and integrating REST API's
  • Strong with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React,
  • Skilled in API integration and database design.
  • Experience with AI or automation tools is a big plus.
  • Good communication and English skills (B2+).
  • Based in Bogotá and comfortable working remotely.
