: Manage the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
-Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments via ACH, credit card, and lockbox methods.
-Manage customer invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of payments.
-Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances and ensure all overdue balances over 31 days old are cleared at all times.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and applicable regulations.
-Support month-end closing activities by preparing AR/AP reports and reconciliations.
-Collaborate with sales, customer support, and procurement teams to address discrepancies.
