Junior Relationship Manager – Bogota Region (B2B)

is seeking a
Junior Relationship Manager
in Bogota to accompany and develop a portfolio of B2B clients for our products.

In this position you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of points of sale in Bogota and the metropolitan area. The focus is on building strong relationships, ensuring product rotation, and identifying opportunities to grow volume with existing and future key accounts within your network.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture your own portfolio of B2B clients (shops and other points of sale in your network).
  • Present our product range in a professional, consultative way and discuss commercial conditions.
  • Maintain regular contact with decision-makers, understand their needs, and position our products accordingly.
  • Take orders, monitor stock levels at each point of sale, and ensure timely reorders.
  • Collect feedback from clients and the market and share insights with management.
  • Prepare simple reports on visits, sales evolution, and opportunities within your portfolio.

Profile

  • Currently residing in
    Bogota
    .
  • Student in final semesters or graduate in
    Business Administration, Marketing, International Business
    or related fields.
  • Experience in
    sales or customer service
    , ideally in fast-moving consumer goods or retail.
  • You already have or are able to build a
    solid portfolio of commercial contacts
    in Bogota and feel comfortable managing it.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional presence, and clear communication.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with targets and variable income.
  • Autonomous, trustworthy, and eager to learn and develop professionally.

Compensations and conditions

  • Base salary:
    COP
    2'000.000
    per month.
  • Variable compensation:
    10% sales bonus
    on B2B sales generated through your managed portfolio.
  • Variable income directly linked to performance, with no upper limit.
