We're looking for a proactive hybrid Salesforce Developer/Administrator to support, enhance, and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is perfect for someone who loves optimizing Salesforce environments, involves both system administration and custom development responsibilities, supporting multiple business units with scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure Salesforce platform, including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
  • Monitor system performance and data integrity, and resolve system issues as they arise.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and APEX Triggers.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation to support business operations.
  • Build and manage integrations with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Participate in full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimize performance of Salesforce applications and ensure adherence to security and coding standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Professional English Level
  • +3 strong years of Salesforce Administration and/or experience (ADM-201 certified preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, sharing/security model, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform customization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Change Sets).
