RESPONSIBILITIES

• Custom Development & Configuration
• Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, classes, and components using Apex, Flows, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud features, including lead and opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Design and implement complex data models and relationships.
• Manage profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure security and compliance.
• Create advanced flows and automate business processes without code.
  
  Integration & Deployment
• Develop APIs and middleware solutions to integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Manage deployments via CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
• Perform unit testing and ensure scalability and performance optimization of custom code.
  
  Analytics & Insights
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
• Create predictive models and define KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce data with external sources and manage ETL processes.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics environments.
  
  Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Produce technical documentation and maintain best practices
• Collaborate in Agile development environments.

SKILLS

Required Skill Set

• Strong programming skills in Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM), including dataflows, recipes, and SAQL.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and API frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps tools.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and external system integrations.
• Solid knowledge of dynamic forms, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, approval processes, and custom object configuration.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

• Copado Administrator (a plus)
